Return & Refund Policy

At Deiveegaa, every batch of Punugu is prepared and delivered with utmost care, authenticity, and devotion. Since our products are natural, ritual-based, and sensitive in nature, we follow a clear return policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of:
  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Damaged or defective product received.
  • Packaging tampered during delivery.
  • Change of mind, variation in aroma/texture, or personal preference will not be considered valid reasons for return, as Punugu is a natural substance and may differ slightly in shade, texture, or aroma from batch to batch.

    • Return Request Window

  • Customers must raise a return request within 5 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible for return or refund.

    • Return Process

  • Email us at support@deiveegaa.com with:
  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs of the product and packaging (if damaged/incorrect).
  • Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the next steps.
  • If approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse in its original condition and packaging.

    • Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Alternatively, customers can opt for a replacement product of the same value.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

    • Non-Returnable Items

  • Products opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling/storage after delivery.
  • Bulk/temple orders made on special request.

    • Note on Authenticity

    Deiveegaa Punugu is prepared following traditional methods and natural variations may occur. These are signs of authenticity and are not defects.
